How do I install VogueMirror on my Shopify store?
One-click from the Shopify App Store. Products sync automatically. Live within 5 minutes, no developer needed.
Does VogueMirror work with all Shopify themes?
Yes, works with any theme including custom and headless. Email hello@voguemirror.com if you hit a theme conflict — resolved within 24 hours.
Do I need a developer to set up VogueMirror?
No. Installation is one click. Button customization is done through the VogueMirror dashboard, no code required.
How long does setup take?
Most stores are live within 5 minutes.
Billing & Plans
What counts as a try-on?
Each time a customer uploads a photo and receives a result. Re-selecting garments without a new upload does not count.
What happens when I exceed my monthly limit?
On Starter and Growth, extra try-ons are billed at $0.05 each. You get email alerts at 80% and 100% of your limit. On Free, try-ons stop until the next cycle.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free on every paid plan. No credit card required.
How does billing work?
Through Shopify Billing — it appears on your normal Shopify invoice. We never store payment details.
Technical & Photos
What photo formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, WEBP. Maximum 10MB. Full body or waist-up photo of one person works best.
How accurate is the try-on?
Most accurate with a full or waist-up photo, simple background, and good lighting.
Are customer photos stored on your servers?
No. Photos are processed in real-time and immediately deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Works on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and all modern desktop browsers.
Support
What is your response time?
Within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PKT). Growth plan customers get priority queue.
How do I contact support?
